It requires knowledge of the TV show Scandal. Essentially the woman on the right is named Oliva Pope and is a 'fixer' who solves her clients problems, whatever they are. The joke is that the Broncos fucked up the super bowl so badly that even the great Olivia Pope can't fix it.

They're might actually be some scandal about the NFL..I don't believe it to be true but theirs rumor that the NFL is looking into Bronco players being payed to throw the game. I call b/s, probably just news sites trying to get attention, but who knows
